Our team is having a wonderful time learning to deepen our dependence on God in order to say yes to His vision to take the love of His Son Jesus Christ out to the streets in downtown Shelton, WA in effort to bring change into more lives. We are excited for 2024 and the opportunity He’s given us to continue to grow together in Him through this ministry. Please let us know if this ministry might be the one for you. I have been a faithful believer in Jesus Christ since 2008. I thank the Lord daily that as a result of opening my heart to Him, my children have also come to know their Creator and their purpose in this world. It is in great joy that we want to share the freedom and transformation that He has brought into our lives.

I have been a follower of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ since I was baptized in July of 2005. God’s love saw me through the loss of my husband in 2008. Knowing that God is in control of our time on earth and knowing there was nothing I could have done to change the outcome helped me to cope with my loss. There are times I have drifted a bit, but I have always striven to stay on God’s path. I have been blessed with a servant’s heart! I love serving in this ministry and I always look forward to the outreach we do. It is a blessing to be able to help those in need!

My husband, Rick and I have a heart for fellow humans, particularly for those experiencing homelessness. We have both been following Jesus for over fifty years and through our Bible reading and study we came to believe that there is no more important ministry every Christian can do than being Jesus’ hands and feet to a world that needs Him. Crazy Love does the boots‐on‐the‐ground work that I believe God calls us all to do: Serve Him and serve others. I am honored to be apart of this organization as treasurer.

I have been a strong follower of Jesus Christ since 1/16/58, the day of my baptism, which I remember very clearly. Like most, I have stumbled and fallen, but have always picked myself up and gotten back on track through the strength, love and forgiveness of our Lord, Jesus Christ. My goal is to grow in the love of Christ and to love others as He does.
